Last weekend, I watch Throw Momma from the Train for the first time in a long time. I had forgotten how good of a movie it is. One of the things that makes the movie so good (and an integral component of The Goonies too) is the performance of Anne Ramsey. She was a great method actor and terribly funny IMHO.
But, something else I couldn’t help but notice is how much she sounds like Eric Cartman from Southpark in this movie. Just a casual observation.

She has the type of face that makes you wonder if she ever looked young. I’m going to go see if I can scrounge up a link to a picture of her as a young lady, be right back.
According to Imdb she was born in 1929. Her earliest film was in ‘71, so that would put her at… 42? I couldn’t find anything! Heh.
