All my life, I have despised and detested orange popsicles. The vile things seemingly make up half the box!!!
My freezer rapidly looses popsicles - until it gets to a point where orange are the only remaining. Then we get a new box. We eat all those and before we know it, all we have are orange.
Why so many orange? I have always questioned the intent. I am sure they don’t cost any more to produce than red or purple or green popsicles - so why are there so dang many? In fact, the much bigger question in my mind is why even have orange popsicles? I have never met one person who claims that their favorite popsicle is the orange popsicle.
Well, the other night I decided I will be that person. That way, there will always be plenty of my favorite popsicles. Also, I used the word “popsicle” and its derivatives eight times in this post . . . including the most recent popsicle in quotes . . . er, that’s nine times now. Nine times I used the word “popsicle.” I mean ten. Ten times.
Yes folks, these are among the things that keep me awake at night.

Apparently you have not checked with all those around you - especially in the pews. I like orange popsicles. And I only said it once.
I understand in the near future, there will be something else to keep you awake during the night. Congratulations.

See, I knew if I went on record to say that Orange was my favorite, people would start following the lead. So while all you folks are eating the orange - thinking they are your favorite, I’ll take the red, purple and green. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

My question is, “Why Green?”
I guess it runs in the family, like the orange of my favorite popsicle as it slowly melts. Yes, orange is my favorite, and I personally think it’s the ONLY one that should be in the box!
